In short: your order goes to the WhatsApp of the room you pick. We do not sell guest lists.
What this site is for
Redo is a menu and a way to tell the kitchen what to cook. You pick a room, add plates and send a request. The room writes back on WhatsApp: confirmation, timing, how you will receive it.
What you tell us
Only what the ticket needs: a name, a phone, where to send it (hotel, street or table) and a note if you add one. Those lines travel as a message to the room. We do not ask for a passport or a card, and there is no guest account.
What the site keeps on its own
Your browser can remember the language, the cart and the room you chose, so a refresh does not empty the order. That stays on your phone or computer until you clear this site’s data.
The restaurant server counts page views — how often the menu or the home page is opened. That helps us see which pages people use. Those counts do not carry your name.
Who sees an order
The kitchen of the room you picked reads the WhatsApp message. We do not pass the ticket to other rooms or to mailing services. Instagram and similar buttons lead to other sites; their own rules apply there.
How long it stays
The thread lives in the room’s WhatsApp. Visit counts live on the restaurant server. To take an order out of the chat, write in the same conversation and the room will delete the message on their side.
Children
The site is not meant for children ordering on their own. Alcohol follows the room and the law.
How to ask
Questions about data go to the kitchen line on the Contact page. We reply the same way you wrote.
